I recently re-signed my lease at Summit Ridge and only have good things to say. The buildings are clean and the grounds are kept up nice. I really enjoy the coffee bar and use the community room all the time because of the free printing there. You can't beat the price with basically all your utilities included.

I absolutely love it here. I rented with this company for two of my years as a student at campus park, and now live in a one-bedroom with my fiance in the 801 building. The money is worth it. We feel so at home here and love the apartment. Neighbors are quiet, amenities are wonderful, and we love our corner deck. Haven't had many issues with management; a couple years ago my car was towed by mistake and they reimbursed me for the fees, so no harm done.
